What is the Investigations Unit?
The Investigations Unit like the Security Service works with Four seasons Law on the behalf of Four Seasons and has many different roles within the Four Seasons. Any and all investigations are conducted to the highest standers and within the requirements of the law. The results of which can be used to assist in a prosecution.

About The Four Seasons Established In 2014.
The name Four Seasons was chosen by the four original founders and voted on by one hundred and twenty-five of our voting supporters to represent our collective group of events and protests. As the name was agreed to by a vote of our supporters it will require a vote of our supporters in order to change it. The Four Seasons is based in four counties in the UK Cambridgeshire, Essex, Suffolk & Norfolk, and is the biggest collective group in the United Kingdom outside of London. It is made up out of three bodies, The Collective, The Group, and The Committee. The three bodies within the Four Seasons region always work together as one in order to make each protest and event in our region a success and we are very supportive of the events and protests arranged by the other bodies that make up the Four Seasons.

What is an investigation?
An investigation seeks to collect evidence of wrongdoing for any case. An investigator looks for evidence of whether or not a crime has taken place. If any wrongdoing has been committed, the investigators may try to uncover who committed the offense. Our Investigators are committed to the work that they do but a growing number of individuals are choosing to undertake their own investigations with the help of our professional investigators.
What is the investigation process?
All the evidence gathered during the investigation is presented to the police as well as to the court.
Do I need an investigator?
Our investigators operate within the law to uncover evidence. Defense investigators can gather evidence of wrongful conviction or evidence of false accusations. A crime is an action that is against the law. A criminal trial in which punishment is pursued by the government differs from a civil trial, which involves individuals debating their rights. Criminal acts, such as sexual assault, physical assault, murder, theft, property damage, and vandalism, would call for investigators to gather evidence so that charges could be made.
What are status banners?
Status banners are used to show the status of an investigation and appear under the photo of the person that we are investigating or have investigated in the past. They are designed to give an indication to the viewer of this site as to what is going on at the moment with the investigation. There are many different banners that we use and from time to time the status banners will change as the investigation process comes to its conclusion. For more information on status banners click on the photo on the left.

ANDREW REED

CASE REPORTED

Since Andrew Reed first came to our attention on the 13th of December 2022 we have uncovered more information about Andrew lying to the authorities and others before. Mr. Reed has made several accusations of assault and rape none of which are true and we can find no evidence to support any of his accusations and falsehoods.

Also and in addition to the above we recently found out that Mr. Reed obtained a non-molestation court order on the 27th of April 2023 against one of our board members. Having seen the paperwork that relates to the order we can see that the statement of Mr. Andrew Reed is full of inaccuracies.

To say that Mr. Reed is being economical with the truth is the understatement of the century. As we know many witnesses for the defendant and we have been provided with sound recordings in which Mr Reed makes false statements to the defendant calling the defendant a thief and a rapist. As well as emails on file sent after the date of the order 27th of April 2023 from Mr. Reed to the defendant where he threatens the defendant and admits to lying to obtain the court order.

The accusation of the defendant being a thief from the information we have on file is one that is of major concern. As Mr. Reed claims that the defendant took money out of his bank account. The evidence shows that it was in fact Mr. Reed that took the money from the defendant's account.

Mr. Reed also claims that his bank told him that it was the defendant that took the money. From our recorded conversation with the bank on 2nd May 2023, this accusation has been denied. The bank told us that they would never give out such information to the account owner.

We now know that this is a clear case of harassment on the part of Mr. Andrew Reed to the defendant in this case. Mr. Reed has also attempted to encourage one of the witnesses to lie to the authorities and accuse the defendant of violently attacking him. This witness is also willing to attend court to give evidence on behalf of the defendant. Other witnesses include a former police officer and a care manager. Mr. Reed we believe may also have asked one of his partners to make an accusation of rape against the defendant.

We have information on file about Mr. Reed being a compulsive liar. As well as evidence that shows what he is attempting to do to our board member he has tried with other people over many years. When it comes to the non-molestation court order we will provide all the evidence to the courts. We have already passed on some information to the police in this matter.

THOMAS KEELEY

PAEDOPHILE CONVICTED

What makes the Thomas Keeley investigation so good for the Four Seasons Investigation Unit is that Mr. Keeley openly said that the Four Seasons Investigation Unit would never get him. Well, it may have taken just under a year but we got him.

Since the start of April 2022, Thomas Keeley from Cleobury Mortimer an area of Kidderminster in the county of Shropshire UK had been under investigation by an independent investigator working with the Four Seasons Investigations Unit. Mr. Keeley had been chatting online with what he thought was a 15-year-old boy. In one of the chat logs, Mr, Keeley said that he would like to cover the boy's private parts with cream and have the boy dance naked in the garden.

The evidence against Mr, Keeley grew to over 4000 pages long all of which are now online at the above download link. Since the investigation started he was continuing to chat with what he thought was a 13 / 14-year-old boy and he even arranged to meet the boy at a local hotel in Cleobury Mortimer.

Mr. Keeley also sent two images of himself laying naked on his bed in one of which he had a full erection and in the other, he had just ejaculated to the 13-year-old boy however the first photo was deleted by Mr. Keeley and is not in the chat log. But we have it on file and so do the police. He was arrested on the 15th of September 2022 and later released on bail. While released on bail Mr. Keeley continued to chat with the 14-year-old boy in a very sexual manner.

The police arrested Mr. Keeley a second time on Wednesday the 25th of January 2023. As he could not be bailed again, the court had to remand him in custody and he attended Shrewsbury Crown Court on the 23rd Feb 2023 Case Number 22FA1020923 where he pleaded guilty to three counts of making indecent photographs of children contrary to section (1) 1 (A) of the Protection of Children Act 1978.

However, the Crown Prosecution Service is not going to prosecute Mr. Keeley for the 4000+ screenshots, and from what we have been told today the 2nd of March 2023 it doesn't look like they are going to do anything in connection with the chats stating that the chats don't say anything that meets the standards for prosecution.

This means that we now have no choice other than to make the chat log information public at the above download link. We know from our own conversations with the police that they are also shocked over the decision of the Crown Prosecution Service not to prosecute Mr. Keeley for the chats. Mr. Keeley appeared back in Shrewsbury Crown Court on Friday the 19th of May 2023 and was convicted.

SAM RICKY GILLEARD SMITH

CONVICTED

On the 2019 World Naked Bike Ride in Clacton, A guy called Sam Ricky Gilleard Smith used some threatening, abusive, and insulting words against the riders as well as threatening to throw eggs at the riders which he later carried out.

This man has now been convicted at Chelmsford Magistrates Court of two counts under section four of the public order act 1986 and we as World Naked Bike Rides will always go to court when we are the victims of a hate crime. People need to know that public nudity is a lawful activity and that attacks verbal or physical on people like us will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

At the hearing on 1st March 2021 at Chelmsford Magistrates Court, Sam Ricky Gilleard Smith changed his plea to guilty to the following charges in light of overwhelming evidence against him. Two counts of Using threatening, abusive, insulting words and behaviour to cause harassment alarm distress. This case has taken 18 months to come to court and we are very happy with the outcome.

However, we have video evidence that shows Mr. Smith driving erratically and in a way likely to be dangerous. The police failed to prosecute him for the driving offenses of which he is clearly guilty. At the trial the crown prosecutor told the witnesses that she was not aware of his driving offenses and that it was unlikely that he would be prosecuted. Is it now one rule for us and one rule for them.

Sam Ricky Gilleard Smith was sentenced as follows:
1) Fined £180
2) Ordered to pay Compensation

In 2019 he was added to the World Naked Bike Rides list of bans and restrictions as a POI Person Of Intrest. The list can be viewed by any WNBR worldwide. We have also this week changed his entry on the list to show that he is now Banned Convicted. therefore should Mr. Smith show up at any of our rides he can now be removed by the police at our request.

We also give free and full access to the list to the authorities. He will stay on the list until the end of 2056 when he will be removed. We also wish to thank Four Seasons Law who are the legal arm of the Four Seasons World Naked Bike Rides for all the hard work in helping us bring this man to court. Also, the ban on the publication of photos and videos to do with this case was lifted at midnight on the day of the trial and we can now post the photos and videos online for all to see.
